What We're Looking for
Not only are we at Sleuth looking for nail-biting, commercial fiction by unique young voices, we are looking for storytelling that meets our brand and speaks of our name as an indie suspense digital publisher. We're scouting for books that guarantee readers will be up all night with page-turning gripping thrillers, curled up with a spicy romance, or piqued by an inspirational write-up. We want voices that haven't been heard before, we want young writers who have a big dream to succeed beyond their works.

We're only accepting the following:

Full-length, commercial fiction manuscripts in the above-outlined genres.
We will only respond to manuscripts that are properly and professionally edited that have a unique voice and tell a story that represents the author, his/her brand and our image as an indie digital imprint.
We're accepting unsolicited manuscripts from young authors from the ages of fourteen and above.
Manuscripts from authors below contractual age would be signed by their parents or guardians.
Please send us your manuscript in a clear font with single spacing and a paragraph indent of 0.3'.
Switch it off track changes on your DOCX file before you sending it to us.
From our website, do you feel your work a good fit for our list?
Pitch us your book in 300 words or less and if we're interested you can upload the full manuscript to our inbox.
We read everything that is submitted to us, and will aim to come back to you within two months. But due to the volume of submissions and the size of our team, we are not able to give you a detailed response with editorial feedback. And please note, our decisions are based on what will work for us and you commercially.
